Please be aware that prices are dynamic and subject to fluctuation, they may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice. Please check for the most current pricing before making any purchasing decisions as rates cannot be amended once a booking is confirmed.
Credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations, however, no charge will be made at the time of booking, (unless a prepaid rate has been reserved*). The credit or debit card given must be valid at the time of making the reservation, and must not have an expiry date earlier than the scheduled date of departure. Reservations cancelled outside the cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night's rate which will be debited from the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
All guests are required to present a credit or debit card to the Hotel reception at the point of check-in, which must be verified as a valid method of payment through the Hotel’s card payment device. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in check-in being refused, and any applicable reservations cancelled. The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in this case.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit or debit cards prior to arrival. Should the credit or debit card be declined, or otherwise become invalid, the Hotel also reserves the right to advise the booker of this, and may cancel the reservation without further notice. The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in this case.
All guests who are not UK or Irish citizens, or permanent residents in the UK, are required by law to provide their full name and nationality, Passport number and place of issue, and details of their next destination after leaving the hotel. Failure to provide this information may result in check-in being refused, and any applicable reservations cancelled. The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in this case.
All rates and prices include VAT at the current rate as at the time of booking, VAT rates may change at any time. In the event that a reservation is impacted by a change in the rate of VAT, the rates for that reservation will be adjusted as appropriate to reflect the revised rate of VAT.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled before 12pm on the day before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid cancellation fees (excluding prepaid rates^). In the event of non arrival, a penalty equivalent to the first night's rate will be debited from the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking

* For prepaid rates, the full amount will be debited from the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure the credit or debit card used for this payment can be shown at check-in, and verified as a valid method of payment through the Hotel’s card payment device, otherwise the guest checking in must present an official form of photo ID, and provide an alternate method of payment. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in check-in being refused, and any applicable reservations cancelled. The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in this case.
^ Prepaid rates cannot be cancelled or amended. Non-arrival will incur a full charge of the entire stay.
